When it comes to surveillance poles, everyone is familiar with their functions. Widely deployed on urban roads, these poles help elevate the standard of civilized urban traffic and strengthen urban public security. Specific specifications and precautions must be followed during their application.
Surveillance poles are fabricated from high-quality steel plates. Their installation must guarantee structural safety, stability and excellent wind resistance. In numerous cities, improper installation has led to poles being uprooted during typhoons or heavy rainstorms when they cannot withstand severe weather impacts. Such failures pose threats to passing vehicles and pedestrians, and severely disrupt urban traffic safety. Designed to safeguard public travel and standardize traffic order, surveillance poles must be installed properly to eliminate unnecessary safety hazards.
Standard surveillance poles are manufactured with a height of 4–6 meters and a 1-meter horizontal arm. Unless special requirements apply, vertical steel bars for foundation embedding shall be set in C25 grade concrete, with steel bars complying with standard specifications and wind-resistance requirements. The concrete adopts Grade 425 ordinary Portland cement; the concrete mix proportion and cement dosage shall conform to relevant industry codes.
Reliable earthing is mandatory for surveillance poles: lead wires shall be buried underground, and threads on anchor bolt flanges of embedded parts shall be wrapped for protection against damage. Embedded base components for vertical poles shall be positioned strictly per installation drawings to fix the outward direction of cantilever arms. As cameras are mounted at high elevations on the poles, direct lightning protection for equipment is essential, with a lightning rod fitted at the top of every surveillance pole.
When customers purchase cabinets, cabinet size is usually their primary consideration. When selecting dimensions, it is necessary to take not only the size of the equipment to be installed inside but also the space of the room intended for cabinet placement into account. Only comprehensive evaluation from multiple aspects can confirm the most suitable cabinet specification.
External factors should be fully considered not only when choosing cabinet sizes but also when purchasing other products. The standard cabinet width is 19 inches conventionally. Nevertheless, continuous iteration of IT equipment has made standard 19-inch cabinets unable to satisfy diversified demands. To tackle this problem, we provide customized cabinets tailored to individual client requirements. Cabinet manufacturers must focus on meticulous details to attract more customers, striving to fulfill practically any feasible customization demand.
To figure out the appropriate cabinet size, purchasers need to confirm the equipment to be installed and the operating environment requirements of such devices. Additional factors shall be evaluated, including whether the installed equipment will impair internal heat dissipation of the cabinet, as well as the maximum quantity of devices that can be accommodated within the selected cabinet.
A cabinet of any size can be regarded as a qualified option as long as it meets expected application performance. The core goal for buyers is to select a rational cabinet size and realize maximum space utilization.
Monitoring poles are column brackets for installing outdoor surveillance cameras. Road monitoring poles are generally manufactured with a height of 6 meters and a crossarm length of 1 meter. Unless otherwise specified, the embedded parts of all monitoring poles shall be cast with C25 concrete, and the matching steel bars shall comply with national standards and wind resistance requirements. Grade 42.5 ordinary Portland cement shall be adopted, and the concrete mix proportion and minimum cement dosage shall conform to the provisions of GBJ204-83.Manufacturers of monitoring poles shall implement reliable earthing construction with additional earthing leads buried underground (it is recommended not to conduct current through the pole body), and the earthing resistance shall be less than 4 ohms.
