1. Basic Specifications
External dimension: 700×1000×2000mm, 37U standard cabinet with 19-inch internal installation width. Only the front door is openable without a rear door.
Standard Internal Configuration
- Two 300×300 ventilated waveguide windows, one mounted on the top and one on the bottom of the cabinet.
- 4 axial flow fans installed on the cabinet top (one set of 4 fans).
- 1×16A power line filter, supporting maximum power up to 3500W.
- 1×8-port PDU (16A input, 10A output).
- 3 load-bearing trays.
- 10 waveguide tubes for shielded network twisted pairs and 5 waveguide tubes for optical fibers.
2. Core Electromagnetic Shielding Functions
- Electromagnetic shielding: Blocks outward leakage of electromagnetic radiation and isolates external electromagnetic interference, preventing signal eavesdropping and data leakage to guarantee information security of confidential and precision equipment.
- Anti-interference performance: Shields external electromagnetic waves, radio frequency signals and clutter, stabilizing the operation of internal servers, switches and precision instruments to avoid code errors and equipment failures.
3. Structural & Protection Features
Suitable for installation of switches, servers, routers, distribution frames and other network equipment.
- Sealing structure: Conductive shrapnels and shielding adhesive strips are applied at the joints of cabinet doors and cabinet body for fully sealed seams with zero electromagnetic leakage.
- Dedicated shielding grounding system: Discharges static electricity and clutter, improves shielding efficiency and ensures electrical safety.
- Filter interfaces: Power filters and signal filters are configured for incoming and outgoing cables to cut off electromagnetic conduction leakage along lines.
- Robust structure: Made of cold-rolled steel plate with integral welding construction for continuous and stable shielding performance.
